The Zuccardi family business was founded in 1963 by Alberto and Ema Zuccardi. While developing an innovative irrigation system, engineer Alberto Zuccardi discovered a passion for viticulture, leading him to plant the first vines and produce the family's initial wines. From those early days to the present, three generations have worked with conviction and passion to develop the Mendoza region, seeking the most authentic expression of the terroir in every wine and olive oil.

Family olive oil production began in 2004, focusing on high-quality oils made from the varieties most common to the Mendoza region. Representing the third generation, Miguel Zuccardi joined the company to spearhead this project, aiming to showcase the quality of the region's oils and establish a distinctive category of Argentine olive oils.

To ensure a product of the highest quality, ZUELO cultivates 220 hectares of olive groves. Agricultural methods prioritize sustainable practices regarding soil management and crop biodiversity.
